Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner

Nicole is a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 10 years of experience working across disability, mental health, and complex behavioural support. She holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) and a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma of Psychology, supported by formal training in Positive Behaviour Support and ongoing professional development across the NDIS sector. This foundation combines psychological theory, behaviour analysis and evidence-based practice to her work.

Nicole has held Clinical Lead, Senior Practitioner, and Team Leader roles, providing supervision, mentoring, and governance oversight while maintaining her own caseload of complex participants. Her clinical strengths include Functional Behaviour Assessment, Behaviour Support Plan development, restrictive practice reduction, crisis response, and ethical decision-making, all grounded in a genuine person-centred approach.

She is a registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner and Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. Nicole is known for her strong clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making and ability to work collaboratively with participants, family and multidisciplinary teams.

Nicole is currently specialising in neuro-psychosocial presentations, with a particular interest in acquired brain injury and trauma-informed practice. Her background in Coaching and Sports Psychology strengthens her reflective, collaborative approach.
